I was inspired by "Thumper" who has used these types of cages and loves the feel of something moving around inside your cock. See a review of one by Thumper.
The problem is that the urethral plug is too large for my urethra. I've thought about getting something to widen my urethra. They make a variety of urethral sounds for this very purpose. See here.
