1. Owwww. I'd rather get a piercing than a tattoo on my penis. Do you have to maintain an erection while getting a penile tattoo? What does it look like after swimming in cold water?
2. Are penis tattoos common in Iran? For a country that requires women to wear scarves, perhaps a lot more goes on behind closed doors than one might think.
3. I'm not sure that this headline will discourage penile tattoos. Get a tattoo and you'll have a hard-on all the time. Some idiots will think that's a feature not a bug.
